Backend, end to end.

Information Systems Engineer with 6+ years designing and operating distributed systems in regulated and high-throughput environments — banking, adtech and logistics. My work tends to live where correctness and cost meet: event-driven pipelines, caching layers, and APIs that have to stay up.

I've secured PCI-compliant banking APIs, built anomaly detection with device reputation and geo-velocity scoring, and migrated messaging infrastructure between Pulsar and Redis clusters. Lately I've been integrating AI into backend systems — Spring AI and Koog, RAG pipelines over vector databases, and MCP-based tooling around coding agents like Claude Code and sub-agent workflows.

Alongside that I co-founded envi, a logistics and ecommerce platform operating across Central America, where I own the architecture end to end.
